Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, healthcare providers are required to give clients who are not using insurance an estimate of expected costs for non-emergency medical care, including psychotherapy. This Good Faith Estimate shows reasonably expected costs for services (taking into account cost per session, frequency of sessions and duration of treatment), and can be requested at the start of treatment or at any time during treatment. Once an initial contact has been made and a fee established, you may request a Good Faith Estimate document from me.
